Home Inspector License
As you may be aware, until now anyone could be a Home Inspector in Ohio, there was absolutely zero oversight. This has all changed.
With the passage of House Bill 211 anyone wishing to be a Home Inspector must be licensed as of November 1, 2019.
Giles Property Inspection is proud to announce that they have already received their license to perform Home Inspections in Ohio. Simply click this LINK to the site, and then fill in the First Name (Andrew) and Last Name (Giles) and then click search.
This oversight is a great step towards Consumer Protection and I personally believe it is long overdue. Purchasing a Home is likely your largest investment, and those whom you trust to assist you along the way need to be held to a professional standard.
