the inspection, InterNACHI will buy back the home at full price.

You might assume there’s a lot of fine print that goes along with this statement, but it’s surprisingly simple. Here are the terms:

-The Buy-Back Guarantee is honored for 90 days after closing.

-The home must be listed with a licensed real estate agent.

-The home must be your primary residence.

This isn’t insurance and there’s no deductible. If your home qualifies, InterNACHI will buy your home at the price you paid.
